Theme 1: "I Love Pearls/Crystals" Jewellery DIY Birthday Party

Activities:

●Introduction to jewellery (optional topics: jewellery wearing/colour matching/fun history of jewellery, etc.)

●Jewellery DIY (pearls/crystals, and other auxiliary materials), option to make 2 pieces (see Appendix 1 for options)

●Cutting birthday cake, snacks and drinks (parents bring their own cake, food, drinks, candles; Octopinns provides utensils and music)

●Birthday party activities: games/drawing/storytelling, etc. (choose one activity)

●Birthday child gives each guest a thank-you gift bag (provided by Octopinns)

 

Octopinns provides:

●Standard birthday invitation cards. Customization available for 2 euros/card

●DIY tools and materials

●Utensils used on-site (bowls, plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons), tissues

●General birthday decorations in-store (optional colours: blue, pink, gold)

Booking Instructions:

●Please confirm the date and details at least three weeks (21 days) in advance on the Octopinns website.

●Confirm the number of participants and complete payment at least two weeks (14 days) in advance.

●No refunds for changes or cancellations after booking and payment are completed.

●For special or personalized requests, contact customer service during the booking process; themes cannot be changed after booking.

●At the end of the birthday party, please return all items to their original places and maintain cleanliness.

 

Appendix 1: Jewelry DIY Options

1.Rainbow Bracelet DIY: (Includes explanation of colour knowledge)

a.Materials: Various rainbow-colored beads, elastic thread

b.Participants: Children can make rainbow bracelets with different coloured beads, learning how to string beads on elastic thread, mastering the essentials of colour matching, and creating unique rainbow-effect bracelets.

 

2.Personalized Letter Bracelet DIY: (Can use a name or choose an English or German word)

a.Materials: Letter beads, colourful beads, cotton rope or elastic thread

b.Participants: Children can make letter bracelets based on their names or specified words, selecting letter beads to spell words, learning colour matching, and decorating with colourful beads to complete personalized letter bracelet.

 

3.Friendship Bracelet DIY:

a.Materials: Various beads, coloured thread, cute little cards

b.Participants: Children can design and make friendship bracelets for themselves or friends attending the birthday party. They can write something of friendship on small cards as gifts.

 

4.Earring or Ear Clip DIY:

a.Materials: Ear clips or ear studs, various beads, metal wire

b.Participants: Children can create personalized earrings or ear clips, choose the style of ear studs and beads, and learn how to connect them with metal wire, practicing fine motor skills.

 

5.Necklace DIY:

a.Materials: Various pendants, chains

b.Participants: Children can choose various pendants such as hearts, stars, animal shapes, etc., string them on chains, and create personalized necklaces.

 

6.Keychain Ornament DIY: (Can be used as a keychain or a decoration on a bag)

a.Materials: Various beads, small pendants, keychain ring

b.Participants: Children can decorate keychains or ornaments with beads and small pendants, creating their unique keychains or ornaments.
